Does anyone have a recipe for the coleslaw served at Schwartz's? It's similar but definitely not the same as what's called health salad in NY. I was particularly amazed by how green the slaw is. Mine is usually a lot whiter.
I've seen a few recipes for Montreal coleslaw, but this slaw had no bell pepper, celery seed, or dried mustard like many of the top Google hits.
Any help would be appreciated.
