I know, I know...should have listened to every negative review this place has received. BUT I figured with a little time passing, they might have it down. I will now state for the record, THEY DO NOT!

Went for breakfast today (Thursday) seated promptly, menu actually looks interesting. Coffee and water were brought promptly, and our orders were taken in good time. It was all downhill from there. My coffee cup was stained and dirty, I had to send it back, but not before drinking half of it before seeing all the stains. It took 15 minutes for anyone to even check if we needed refills. Once I got my new mug, my husband was ignored in his quest for more coffee. Their salt and pepper shaker is cute looking, it's a horizontal barbell type thing held by a little ceramic hand. Unfortunately, when you shake out pepper, salt comes out the other end all over the table. Every table was covered in salt grains.

Our food took 25 minutes, and there was only one other party in the restaurant. I had french toast with semi-sweet chocolate sandwiched in the middle, and a raspberry coulis. It was warm and tasty, but I was so stressed waiting for our food and being ignored for refills, I didn't enjoy it very much.

We'll never go again, and based on how empty it was, while all the other coffee shops and restaurants around were bustling, I can't imagine it will last. They either need a complete staffing overhaul with training, or they need a better system in the kitchen.
