Going to Chicago (from NY) soon with some friends in March, and would consider flying out a day earlier than them to hit up Schwa. I doubt my friends would want to go.
I've read a few posts here about Schwa, their weird reservation systems and just unusual restaurant in general. But apparently the food makes up for all of that. Is solo dining recommended at a place like this? NY's "version" of it, Momofuku Ko, is fine for solo dining.
Also, what's the deal with their BYOB policy? It doesn't elaborate much on their website.
