As the rain came down, grilling looked less and less enticing. So here I am with a Kayem Fenway Franks and a can of B&M Original beans, hotdog roles and a pantry of fresh produce.
So I sauteed some sweet onion, some sweet peppers, some hot peppers, some garlic, and added slicedd dogs and diced summer squash and diced from the farm cherry tomatoes. Actually all the veggies were farm sourced. And then the can of classic beans.
Then I took some of Katies butter and griddled the hot dog rolls to serve on the side. It was bizarre, but oh it was a nice treat, All the farm freshed veggies created a strange balance.
