I cant think of anything more postmodern than italian-japanese fusion. And in my perverted mind I could actualy see it working; take out the hyperboles from both sides, such as sushi and red sauce, and I could actualy imagine the simplicity of both traditions marrying. Pasta and fish roe!? Yellowtail and chile flakes!? (my own ideas) And from what I've seen on city search its actualy cheap!! Anyone lucky enough to have tried it, please tell me how it is and what i should try.
