Savoury granola

I had a revelation while browsing Recipezaar. I saw a recipe for garlic granola, to be served as a snack. So of course I had to improve it...

Mixed rolled oats (not instant), chopped garlic, fresh rosemary, salt and a little olive oil, just enough to bind. Baked in the oven until crispy. Then added toasted walnuts.


I suddenly thought of making savoury crisps and stuff - maybe a mushroom ragoût with this granola topping...
