I received two nice crepe pans for Christmas. Haven't made them for years. Last week I made a dozen desert crepes and served them with several choices- maple syrup, chocolate sauce, etc.[many] years ago I used to make crepes for dinner with choices of several fillings but can't remember what I used and want to make them now for my grandchildren.
Does anyone have ideas for crepe fillings for dinner - some that will appeal to adults and some that would appeal to little kids(preschoolers who like smoked salmon and french triple creme cheese as well as hot dogs!!!). TIA
