Here is a matter on which LA has given me no satisfaction either. While traveling in France with my girlfriend, I was introduced (by her) to savory "sarasin" (i.e., buckwheat) crepes. The problem is that most places sell what allege to be savory crepes inside sweet crepe pancakes, which creates an unpleasant mix of flavors.
So does anyone know a legitimate purveyor of buckwheat crepes? This is for prepared meals, rather than buying, say, frozen pancakes.
