Help saving an ARTICLE to read.

Even though i'm new to the site, i have diligently tried to find a solution to this without asking! (i know how frustrating it can be at times to see a question where someone clearly spent no time poking around a little).

i'm a pressure cooker fan and just read an article that i want to refer back to... but i don't see a way to save it to my reading list or future reading list! i do see a way to save and refer back to "discussions" or threads... but not for future reading or articles that i might want to reference again in the future. there is also an embedded video that has a recipe that i want to try.. but didn't see a way to save the video either. yes, i know i can email it to myself but i'm hoping i can contain it here on my preferences so it doesn't get mixed in with the other 3976 emails (not a misprint!) that i have 'saved' in my inbox! (most of which have been read if it makes you feel any better. lol).

this is the article i'm referring to...
