I’ve been making a lot of dipped cookies recently and I invariably have quite a bit of leftover dark chocolate that’s been thinned with a bit of canola oil. When it’s a really small amount, and really good chocolate, I’ll just add some finely chopped nuts, pour it into a plate until it hardens, and save it for snacking. But since I really don’t snack on something like that, I’d prefer, if I could, to save it for the next batch of cookie-dipping. Does anyone do this successfully? And if so, any tips on how best to go about it?
