So I bought this frozen fish soup (soupe de poisson) basically it is flash frozen pureed fish soup that one just has to warm up. The directions said to put garlic toast on top, but as I cannot eat too much garlic, I made parmesan toast instead. Although it isnt too bad, it doesnt have the zing Im used to in fresh fish soup. Any ideas how to save it. I was thinking maybe adding some yogurt or crème fresh, or maybe a spice or two? Any comments? Any help? Thanks.
