Sauté Pan vs Windsor

Hi all! I’m wondering what people’s thoughts are about sauté pans vs Windsor’s? Specifically I’m wondering if there is any advantage to a Windsor pan over a sauté? I know the smaller Windsor pans are often used for sauces but I’m curious about larger shaped pans, often also labeled Windsor’s, that looked like slant sided sautes, and that are anywhere from 24cm - 32cm in diameter.
