Hi, can anyone suggest what the best sauté pan might be that can double as a deep fryer? I know people recommend the Lodge cast iron for deep frying, and also a standard wok. But space in my kitchen is tight, and I'd rather get a deep sauté pan that I can also use for deep frying. I was leaning towards getting a Demeyere sauteuse pan, but I read a review by someone who said theirs warped quite a bit. Any advice would be appreciated.
