Our neighbor gave us a container of homemade sauerkraut. My husband is not a fan of sour foods and recalls that he doesn't like sauerkraut, but hasn't tried it for decades. My mother used to cook sausages or pork with it, which I liked well enough, but does anyone have ideas for something else I could do with it that might appeal to him?
