I am going to cook a piece of salmon and would like to make a light Asian-type sauce for angel hair pasta. A little spicy, a little sweet. I have on hand some promising ingredients but don't know how to combine some or all of them. (I have half of what I had an hour ago, when I started adding a bit of this and a bit of that and ended up with pond scum.) I have chili oil, sesame oil, hoisin sauce, plum sauce, soy sauce, black bean sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
