On Saturdays in good weather, someone is setting up a grill in front of Heidelberg Bakery in Arlington and grilling a small variety of wurst for $4.50 each. I tried the Bauernwurst, which is pork, beef, and mustard seed. This was the first time I've ever though 'WOW' after having wurst. Had that nice 'snap' to the casing that I hear people talk about. I wanted to go back the next day for more, but alas the bakery is closed on Sundays. They also had Brat, Weiss, Knock, and maybe one other wurst. I didn't ask where they get their supply from.
