We went to this nice place last night after yearning since it was first mentioned several months ago, and I want to heartily recommend it, not only because the food was excellent, not only because the proprietors were so darn nice, but because I desperately do not want this place to go out of business. We went around 7pm and were warmly greeted. The woman working asked how we heard about the place, and we told her about chowhound. She gave us a long description of each dish. The miso soup was very nice if a little too hot. Paul had the eel sushi which he enjoyed heartily. He also had a red bean paste bun which he liked a lot. We split the mee goreng, a
Malaysian egg noodle dish, which was lovely, great portion size, perfect spicing. I would recommend that you get stuff to go, because the tiny plastic spoon took away from enjoyment of the miso soup, as did the styrofoam cups. I also want to emphasize how extremely nice and agreeable the folks (owners?) were. Go: this is the kind of place we need in the Twin Cities!
