As I stated earlier I bought some frozen dumplings at this place after a great bowl of beef noodle soup. I finally cooked them the other night per the instructions given, at least as good as I could, considering the instructions were a little difficult to follow. The Dumplings did not seem to be a huge production type although they were production made to a certain extent. They turned out very good even though some fell apart during the boiling process. I might try and thaw them out and steam them instead of boiling next time.
I would suggest that you go to Santong Snacks get a BNS and take a couple bags (24 dumplings per) and try them out yourself. At $4 per bag what do you have to lose?
