San Sun Restaurant moving to former Great Oriental space; displaced by Chinatown Subway Station construction.

soupçon | Jan 1, 201107:59 PM     14

I had my New Year's noodles "for long life" at San Sun Restaurant on Stockton St. today and the menu had a notice posted on it that they would be moving to 848 Washington Street "in early 2011." Found out later that they face relocation due to the Chinatown Central Subway station construction, and had bought the building formerly housing Great Oriental around the corner. No news on what will happen to Little Paris, Joy Hing or any other businesses that may be displaced.
