At the beginning of the summer, when I was lazy and craving hot dogs, I made do with Costco. No more.
At the way back of the parking lot of the Home Depot off Mission Gorge Rd. is a small stand run by a father and son where they grill vienna beef hot dogs. You can get a regular dog, polish dog, or fire dog. You can get sauerkraut or new york style onions.
This is NOT the fancy Sabrett's truck in front of the store. Apparently, these grilling guys got booted, and had to move to the back of the parking lot. According to the son, most food carts aren't allowed to grill, but they got grandfathered in. I don't care how or why, the charred hot dog hits the spot.
