San Antonio BBQ Smoke Shack & Granary

I had the 3 meats platter at Smoke Shack - brisket, pork ribs, sausage, fried okra, and spicy creamed corn. The brisket was moist and tender but not particularly flavorful. I would've liked it more salty and smokey. The pork ribs had a sweet sauce which I didn't care for. The sides were terrific though.

I only had the brisket and sausage at the Granary, along with collard greens and slaw. I actually liked the brisket at the Granary better than Smoke Shack, simply because it was better seasoned and equally tender. And I enjoyed their collard greens.
