Did a little sampling at Super 88's food court last night. To test whether it was worth paying for sushi, we ordered just one avocado roll and a couple tuna nigiri's to start. The rice was too sweet and the tuna mushy and tough, so we moved on.
Rickshaw was way overpriced for mediocre, salty food in small portions--the lamb curry reminded me of some reconstituted backpacker meals I've had. As a big okra fan though, I did like their okra and green peppers (a nice find in a food courts). Though also salty, the okra was tender, not viscous.
Barbecue pork w/ noodles at Aijesen (at $5.50, the cheapest noodle bowl) was good rating on a fast food scale. The broth had a nice toasty edge from the browned onions.
Best thing was the infamous bubble milk tea, which we will surely return for.
