Lunched today at “La Pupusa Loca De Portchester” 165 westchester ave, in Portchester. The food , service and ambience where very good and highly recommendable.

The restaurant is named after the Salvadoran dish Pupusas Loroca , which is a fresh stuffed corn tortilla with cheese and or various meat fillings. We had one as an appetizer. They where very good. I had cheese my friend had pork rind. We also had mixed ceviche as an appetizer. Shrimp and fresh clams included in this very fresh preparation. For main courses we had the chicken and fish lunch specials, included on the plates where rice and a small salad. All prepared very well and tasty. The menu has many different choices. I will certainly return to try more.
