I had Dim Sum yesterday at Gom Fung in Flushing - very good. One of the dishes was salt and pepper shrimp (I think - I've never had it before or seen soemone order it). It was head on with shell and feet - a light crispy coating with minced garlic and peppers on top - salty -nice flavor. How do you eat it? Do you eat the head, shell, and feet? Do you peel these things off?
