Salt Bar

I used to love Salt Bar. What happened?

they took the incredible salmon tartar off the menu! why? it was WHY I went there in the first place. Upon our last visit, we were disappointed by the lack of the tartar, the grisly ribs and the baked brie that was served with WALNUTS (?) instead of toasted pecans (we were never told this, and when we mentioned it to the waitress after being served, she at first argued that that is how the dish is served, then, when we asked her to look at he menu, she was like, "Oh, well I guess they are doing it with walnuts" Never asked us if that was all right.) Because I'll tell you what, we would have not ordered brie with walnuts.

Salt Bar: please, please bring back the tartar, and please have your staff familiarize themselves with the menu. Walnuts are not a substitute for toasted pecans.
