So, I've always loved a good salami sandwich, but thre is one thing that really chaps my hide: it seems that whenever you bite into a SS, you get more meat than bread, etc. So, I have a solution! I took about three ounces of top-quality salami (I live in SF), chop it coarsly, and toss it with a tad of mayo, an equal amount of spicy mustard, and one diced pepperoncini, served on sweet Italian loaf. Wow! As good as any salami sandy I've ever had, and infinitely easier to eat. Give it a shot if you love sausages.
