I went to a Russian Deli the other day and saw so many different varieties of Salami. I was so overwhelmed by looking at so many different kinds that I couldn't order anything.

In stead of ordering everything from right to left, can anyone give me suggestion on how to pick salami? What I should look for and ask for? Terminology? Vocabulary? Anything!
