Saigon Seafood Harbor, yet again.

Peter | Jun 20, 200409:04 PM

Dim sum at Saigon (Richmond) for a second time. This time with a little more time to sample some fares. They are seriously lacking in variety. Everything was done well, but very limited in selection. And certainly no inventiveness. It seems like dim sum is only supplemental to their regular lunch of noodles, porridge, and rice. They are kind of like Daimo, with some dim sum. Prices are $2.00, 2.50, and 3.5. We did not have anything that was small plate, mostly medium and a couple of large. They don't provide much competition in terms of dim sum for Pacific East, which has $1.60 a plate dim sum with a lot more varieties.
