Saha - bursting with creativity [San Francisco]

I went to Saha for the first time last night and I absolutely loved it. My foodie friend and I shared 6 small plates and the food exceeded our high expectations. We both plan to go back very soon to try the other dishes on the menu (there will probably be a few dishes that we will have to order again though).

We had:
Tiger prawns in mint, rosewater, and cilantro sauce. The tiger prawns were gigantic (10 shrimp per pound or less), fresh tasting, and cooked perfectly. The sauce complimented the shrimp very well. This dish was both of our favorites and I will definitely have to order it again during my next visit. $10

Knaffe: crusted ahi tuna in shredded phyllo lightly fried, over kalamata olives and walnut relish with a braised fig sauce. The olive and fig combination worked very well together. I like my tuna rare, and the tuna here is well-done. As a result, I felt this dish was just okay. Instead of using rare tuna, I would probably prefer substituting it with something that is often cooked well done, such as chicken, swordfish, or halibut. $10

Artichoke heart spread. A very nice starter that came out right away - much like hummus with artichoke. $7

Kofta - Yemenese meatballs marinated with allspice, cumin, mint, cilantro, onion, and olive oil, served with zahaweg. My second favorite dish. The spice combinations used in the meatballs and sauce is very complex. $7

Shit-talkin' ravioli in fresh mango sauce. Another new and interesting flavor combination that worked well. Aside from the mushrooms and the mangos stated in the menu, we could not figure out the other ingredients in this dish. $7

BBQ Tofu and Mushrooms - marinated in cumin, soy, fresh basil, and coconut milk. This was my friend's second favorite dish. Great flavorful bbq sauce. $8

Other helpful info:
It is located in the Hotel Carlton on Sutter in San Francisco. The wine list is a page long (30-40 wines) and there are about 10-15 wines by the glass.

Well, I wish I could be more descriptive, but the dishes were too new and interesting for my tiny vocabulary. In plain English, you must go.
