Is this a safe marinade to make?

If I were to mix olive oil, garlic put through a garlic press (or even just whole cloves of raw garlic), with some herbs and spices etc, and then put whatever meat or fish I wanted to marinade inside and left it in the fridge overnight would this be a risk for botulism?
