William Rolle is a young french chef whose father has a well-known shop in Lyons, France. Rolle smokes his own salmon, makes his own foie gras, pate's, fish mousse, vegetable terrine. It's all wonderful, and all reasonably priced. You can eat there-- a couple of tables--or take out.He is at 5357 H Street.
