I have been on a quest to find rye bread like they serve at the good delis. Have tried Orwasher's; Walls in Hewlett; Fairway (horrible), even supermarket rye...in short, everywhere I can think of....none comes close to what the good delis use for their sandwiches. I think that the delis use suppliers like Fink's (do I have that name right???) or others that may not sell retail. So...there MUST be a bakery that makes this stuff that will sell individual loaves, no???? Question is, where is it? I prefer seedless but will take the seeds if the bread is great.
