I am in charge or hosting (and preparing the main course) of my next book club meeting. The story takes place in Rwanda and I would like to make something with the flavours of that country. The book does not give too many hints about the food, but it mentions goat meat, tilapia, and tomatoes and onions served as accompaniements. Nothing on spices used, however.
I am leaning towards tilapia, but I would really be interested in finding out somewhat authentic seasonings and cooking methods, although I will not go to the extent of making a fire pit on my 15th floor balcony to cook a goat (LOL!)
