I went to 209 Boston for Restaurant Week last night and completely enjoyed it. I had the baked stuffed shrimp appetizer, which included a hefty dose of pancetta in the stuffing. They were tasty, but now I'm thinking I should have tried the soup. The salmon I had for my main dish was fantastic. It was sweet and incredibly moist, and the noodles it came with had a unique flavor (on their website, it calls them fresh coriander noodles). I just wished there had been some vegetables on the dish. Dessert was a trio of apple crisp, bread pudding, and chocolate cake. I'm glad they gave small portions of all three because, while they were each very good, I don't think I could have eaten a full serving of one.
Service was great and incredibly friendly. They didn't rush us at all, and we even lingered for a while after paying the bill.
Overall, I was very happy with the meal, and I would definitely head back to try some of the dishes off of their regular menu.
