Rump Roast- what to do?

Hi all- just picked up a 3.5 lb package of meat labeled "bottom round rump roast". Internet searches of recipes suggest either braising or roasting. Does anyone have a strong preference for either cooking method, or an entirely different one? Never cooked with this cut of meat, so would greatly appreciate any suggestions. Thanks!
