Roti question???

I recently discovered Roti and enjoy it immensely. Problem is I seem to be getting quite a few different varieties..At Penang it's delicate breads that are dipped into a curried chicken sauce, and today I had a Guyanan/Trindad version where evrything was rolled into a thick round roti (Roti Corner in Queens). How many different versions are there?



Both that i've had were great..
