I've been thinking of going here ahead of the closing on 31st July... anyone been recently? Is it likely the chef will pour his soul into the cuisine in the last few weeks before closing or will his mind be on the next project? Other dinners planned over a five day trip include Amarante, Pirouette and Arpege for a date night with my lovely wife sans kids. I also had Au Passage, Pierre Sang Boyer, Clown Bar, Racines, Coretta, Dersou, Le Mary Celeste and Le Table d'Aki on my wish list for reasonable quality but as of now they don't work in terms of availability/scheduling when we're in Paris. Lunches we were planning for Gare au Gorille, Clamato, Maison de l'Amerique Latin and Chez l'ami Jean on our flyaway day given we leave around 9pm and wanted to have a bigger lunch that day. Other lunch ideas were Bistrot Belhara, Zebulon, and AG. I also thought that resto-squat Clandestino, now renamed Clandé on rue crozatier might be fun... Would love to hear the recent thoughts around some of these names, and will of course report on my findings. Thanks
