My husband and I will be in Rome the first week in May for our anniversary and I'm planning 4 dinners. After reviewing Elizabeth Minchilli's app and Maureen Fant's quick list, I've identified the following restaurants to choose from:
-Checchino dal 1887
-Il Sanlorenzo (best fish?)
We love pasta (traditional and lighter sauces), seafood, veal, beef and want to experience the Italian wines. Please help me narrow the list (or others I left out) down to four. Also, we are having lunch in Tivoli; can you recommend a restaurant - Sibilla, Il Ciocco, other?)
