My husband and I will be accompanying my parents to Rome in the middle of June this year with our (then) 9 month old in tow. Can anyone suggest restaurants for dinners that are conducive to a little girl in a highchair, who behaves fairly well, but does have the ability to disrupt nearby diners?
I'm thinking places that have outdoor patios would be ideal, as she would be endlessly entertained by the passers-by (and any fuss she made would be drowned out by vespas). Or, if inside, anywhere that is fairly noisy and boisterous.
I'm not certain of our location yet (either near Popolo, Spanish Steps, or Borghese Gardens), but places that are walkable are more desirable (although we are willing to walk a good distance, and an occasional taxi or two is probably inevitable).
As a side note, I'm a chocolatier - and if there are any suggestions for not-to-miss chocolate shops in the city, please pass on!
Thanks so much-
