Brunch at the Couchiching Court Buffett at Casino Rama. I went at my companion's request and against my better judgement. I warn you about the MSG. Furthermore, the quality was not good. Only the chicken and baked potato are recommended.

'I was a customer of the buffet on Monday 5AUG19 at approximately 11 am. I tried to be safe. Romaine leaves, a few chickpeas, a couple of slices of roast beef, a piece of baked chicken, baked beans, plain baked potato, lemon meringue pie, butter tart, cranberry juice. That's it. No sauces, no dressings, no gravies. Despite my caution, I had a bad MSG reaction. I quickly felt weak. I fell asleep in the car, roused myself and fell asleep at home for four hours although I woke intermittently to stagger to the toilet. I woke up feeling as if I had been drugged. The buzz stayed for the next day. Throughout the two days, I had diarrhoea.
Everything that I had exists typically without MSG and it is the ordinary expectation of customers that it does not have MSG in a buffet. But something was MSGed. You know the ingredients and can find out what got MSGed.
If you are going to use MSG so extensively, you should warn customers of the additive.
Fortunately, I didn't have to drive back home."
