My best friend and I are planning to give 'Robouchon in Macau' a try early next year. An article in the latest Wine Spectator, featuring current culinary trend in China, has a short write-up on the restaurant. It claimed that their tasting menu is Michelin 2 stars standard. Any chowhound in a position to confirm this remark? What would be the approximate cost of the meal with wine pairing? Unless the food is really THAT good, otherwise we might decide to stay put in Hong kong and try out the restaurant 'Caprice' in the new Four Seasons Hotel instead. Many Thanks!
