Roasting Chateaubriand in high heat

Ina Garten has a great recipe in which she roasts a 4-5 lb. chateaubriand
(smeared with butter, kosher salt and pepper) in 500 DEGREE OVEN for 25 minutes for medium rare. It works ...but my meat is only 3 lbs. How long should I do it if I want to follow her method?
