Has anyone made Roasted Chicken Legs with Glazed Shallots from The New Basics Cookbook (Silver Palate)?

I am thinking of making this for Rosh Hashanna on Monday for about 20 people, but can't find any reviews of it on-line, so wondering if anyone has experience with this recipe. I usually love recipies from this book, but there have been some duds over the years. I'd also like to make it with a mix of white and dark meat, so trying to figure out how to revise the cook time (currently calls for de-boned dark meat cooked for a total of 55 minutes at 375).
