Whole Roast Pig etc. for tropical summer party

I'm looking forward to our annual summer blowout party. Every year, I pick a theme of questionable good taste, then try to make the party as excellent as possible. I shan't remind youse guys about the theme last year (many chowhounds objected), but this year I'm going with LORD OF THE FLIES.

Yup, it's gonna be bodypaint, cleverly modified British school uniforms, britpop and punkrock, rock rock rock. Tropical desert island/jungle theme. With just a touch of Gilligan to keep it silly.

I imagine a the food will be a mix of fun tropical stuff -- Hawaiian, Caribbean, Jamaican, SE Asian. Tropical rum drinks and sangria. Banana deserts, cheezy coconut drinking glasses from Chinatown, fried plantain, seviche, jerk chicken, lots of fruit. I SOLICIT YOUR SUGGESTIONS!

But most of all -- WHERE IN NYC SHOULD I BUY A WHOLE ROAST PIG? Head, tail, the whole darn pig, please. I'd cook it myself over an open pit, but I'm sure my tiny backyard in Brooklyn won't allow it.

Also, where may I buy palm fronds?
