Ricotta Pastry Shells

Hi Chowhounds!

I was looking at recipes in a magazine a few weeks ago and I saw a recipe for some kind of soup or stew. The soup or stew didn't impress me because I can't even remember what it was but it was served with little pastries made with ricotta cheese. The pastries had a small hollow or dent in them and the recipe said that they would also be ideal for h'ordeuvres. I thought so too and I'd like to make them for a party tomorrow night. I cannot for the life of me remember the magazine and I've searched all over the interet. I'm in the process for making gravlax and I thought the pastries would be great "holders". Does anyone know have any ideas? If not the ricotta pastry, does anyway have other ideas for serving the gravlax. For the gravlax, I used a recipe from Emeril with vodka and citrus zest. Thanks everyone
