Issuing a plea to all Mexi-chowhounds!
I LOVE the chilaquiles at Frontera Grill, and I have spent the past week staring at a now-stale package of corn tortillas I brought back to Belgium, dreaming of making chilaquiles. We'll put aside for a moment the difficulty of acquiring any real Mexican produce/cheese in Brussels, and just concentrate on the initial difficulty ...
I've looked everywhere on the net for Bayless' recipe, which I hear is in his "Mexico One Plate at a Time" cookbook (which neither I nor any bookstore near me have), to no avail. Would any of y'all be in possession of said tome and be willing to send me the recipe? I would be eternally, eternally grateful.
Merci beaucoup, muchas gracias, and just plain thanks in advance.
