Usually I buy ribs in a full slab, but today I bought them already cut. I am wondering if I want to slow roast them in the oven first then finish under the broiler, will them being already cut change the time or temp that I usually slow roast them at? I can't grill or smoke them because I live in an apartment and do not have access to either.

Thanks for any help/tips.
