Rib Coward!!

caiatransplant | Jun 3, 201501:12 PM

Hi All. I'm usually pretty brave when it comes to cooking just about anything, i.e., I tried to emulate my mom's beef tripe yesterday (yeah, I know... but I have this lingering recollection of how good her tripe tasted when I was growing up). Anyway, it came out wonderfully and my husband (patient and long-suffering saint that he is) ate everything on his plate and didn't complain once, although he thought I should, perhaps, wait another 35 years before making it again.

Anyway, Ribs. I've fixed ribs in the past and they were great. The last time, though, they were burnt beyond recognition on one end and the other end was so tough it was inedible. Does anyone have a recipe for BBQd ribs in the oven? I'm now afraid of my Weber. Oh, BTW, I used the indirect heating method.

All input appreciated.

Thanx, PAT
