Reza's Soup

This is a recipe query but I have to post it here because it's Chicago-specific. Has anybody had a go at replicating Reza's house soup? They say it's vegetarian so that's a start. Tomato. A lot of parsley. Either broken rice or dried yellow peas? Mint? I can't quite crack the code.
