After reading so many recommendations for Hong Kong City on this message board, we went with some friends over the weekend. The friends immediately ordered one of the "prefab" dinner offerings, which consisted of ginger tilapia (snatched from the fish tank by our table), roasted duck, tofu in a seafood mixture and some type of Chinese greens in garlic sauce. While we enjoyed what we ate, I never got a chance to look at their menu so on the way out I grabbed a take out menu which only contains the "usual" neighborhood Chinese offerings. In light of the positive comments throughout this website, I know there must be more to their menu than that contained within the takeout version. What do you all enjoy ordering here and why? Thanks for all your advice.
